At erre, every piece is made to order. Because of this, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective — including manufacturing errors or misprints.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of fit, preference, or buyer’s remorse.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report a defect. To start a return or replacement, contact us at hezekiah@erreclo.com with:

Once the item is received and verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
All sales are final unless the product is defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or notice any damage or defect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email hezekiah@erreclo.com with your order details.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced once the item is inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since confirmation, contact us at hezekiah@erreclo.com.
